Lucifer was perched upon the cat tree, facing north, and watching for Bifrost [the lights from passing cars, but he's convinced it is Bifrost]. He was performing his sacred duty and minding his own business, sitting erect and motionless save for his twitching tail. I have pictures of this somewhere from another occaision. In any case, the kittens began to notice his violently swishing tail and gather beneath him. Orion actually ran into the other room and came back with Spike. And then they started leaping for his tail, so I lunged for the digital camera. I wish the pictures were better!
