Leftie's Angels

Baxter found a daddy -- a very nice young gentleman who came over with his father. Halfway through the conversation, Baxter fell asleep draped over the young man's arm. So everyone has a home. Hooray! Thank you everyone.

Still looking for a home for Baxter. Got an email about him and am very excited. He is now regularly chasing Tatters through the house and sharing meals with her. Orion was the one who taught her how to play, and Baxter is continuing that good work. He snuggles up as close to Gagme as she will allow. He is such a good boy! I've got to find him a home before he gets assimilated into mine! Note to self: do pages for my guys next.

Jen's taking home both Xena & Jenny and Orion & Spike! Added new pictures to everyone's pages and several new picture pages.

Butters found a home, and the remaining kittens have moved into my house so they can run about and play. They are having a blast, and it is actually less stressful on my older cats to have all of them around rather than just one -- they keep themselves occupied!

We have yet another litter of kittens to find homes for. Yes, the Village Witches are back in business. This litter came to us via a group of rag-tag children who had them in a shopping cart. The mother cat had been hit by a car, leaving 6 very young babies [roughly 4 weeks at the time] behind. The children were obviously trying, but they had no idea what to do and no parental help whatsoever.

Lyl converted her upstairs bathroom into a nursery, and Harley stayed up with them the first night, dropper-feeding them and worrying. Harley has taken them to the vet twice since then. I haven't really been involved with this litter, other than to flea-comb and bathe them, so I'm handling the website/correspondence as my part.

They came to us with weepy eyes, respiratory infections, and fleas. The respiratory infections and eyes have cleared up, and they are all litter-trained, although they display different levels of personal hygiene.

As always, please email me if you are interested in giving one or more of these kittens a good home. You are welcome to come by and meet them.

Baxter

new pics!
m Adopted by Bill and family, Richardson, Texas

Baxter is a quiet, well-behaved gentleman with a spotless white coat and gray tabby splotches. He has big feet and is going to be a large cat. He gets along with adult cats, and seems to want affection from both people and cats. He demands loving when he isn't getting enough, and he purrs ecstatically. He would make a good companion for an elderly or disabled person.
Butterscotch f Adopted by James and Suzi, Dallas, Texas

Butters is a beautiful cat, and is going to be huge! If you took an orange tabby and dipped her in cream until she was a soft yellow, you might end up with this cat. She is one of the quieter cats, and is usually found behind the toilet, but she isn't scared of anything.
Jennyanydots f Adopted by Jacob (and Jen) in Austin, TX

A tiny black and white girl, she is lively and playful. She is beautiful and would make a great rambunctious younger sibling for a bored cat. She is the smartest, the most curious, and the first to do everything. She has a very delicate bone structure, and is the prettiest black and white cat I've ever seen. She's also very talkative. Here's a sample. I'm bored! What's going on? What's that big thing? What's that other thing? What are you? What am I?
Orion m Adopted by Jen (and Jacob) in Austin, TX

Orion is a large dark orange and white cat with a white splotch just above his butt [the galaxy is on Orion's butt]. He is smart, affectionate, and fearless -- he has actually played with Tatters! He needs other cats in the household.
Spike m Adopted by Jen (and Jacob) in Austin, TX

Named after Buffy's Spike, since he loves to bite and gnaw. He is a tiny little dark orange boy with bits of white and a constantly dirty face. Spike loves to play, and does so constantly. Spike has to have other cats in the house, if only to keep him occupied. He is perfectly comfortable with adult cats and with people.
Xena f Adopted by Jacob (and Jen) in Austin, TX

Xena is the most unusual one of the bunch. She is a calico/tabby mixture... she has striped spots, some soft gray and some orange. Her face is half and half. She is still very small, but she promises to be a showstopper. Like Jenny, she is very playful; those two would make a great pair to adopt. She has almost no voice at all -- she sounds like a broken high-pitched harmonica.

I was one of the first 50!
