fuzzyonyx kittens

Sun 1015 update
Pip and Wee McGee went home with Willow yesterday. For me, the happiest outcome is when siblings get to stay together, so I'm thrilled beyond words. Tuxy Wuxy Puddin Pie (yes, he is that cute) and Niffles are still looking for a home.
Tux (male black/white tuxedo) is the alpha -- he is smart, adventurous, and adorable. He is high-energy, and under no circumstances should he be an only cat. When I let them out for a morning romp and feed, everyone else heads for the food bowl, but he bounds into the living room and starts playing with the first thing he finds. He loves to romp, tussle, and play with his siblings and any of the older cats who will let him. (He and Sparrow tussle at least once a day.)
Niffles (gender-indeterminate FUZZY! black) is also adventurous and playful, but he's a mellower kitty. He gets along very well with my cats, and likes playing with people and cat toys. I think he is going to end up a very snuggly cat. He's going to be striking, that's for sure. His fur looks different in different light -- he's got patterning under there, and areas that shine brown in the sun.

Fri 0929 update
New pictures of the proud parents, kittens in a box!, and new pictures of all 4 kittens in pics0929.

introducing the fuzzyonyx babies
This is a 9 week old litter of 4 from parents I've known for about two years. One tuxedo boy, and three girls: an ocelot with white socks, a FUZZY! black darling, and a wee stripy replica of daddy. More pictures and details about the kittens will come before the weekend. For now, you can read about the rescue and meet the proud parents.

if you would like to meet the fuzzyonyx babies
Email me at lynxfeather at yahoo dot com and we'll set up a time! I live in Richardson (north of Dallas, south of Plano). I'm available for kitten visits after 7 on weeknights and after 1pm on weekends.
This litter has not yet been to the vet, but they come from healthy parents.
As always, we do not expect an immediate decision. If you want to come and meet the kittens and go home and think about it, that's fine. We want everyone to have a happy ending.
We ask a $30 donation to help cover expenses. We are just a small group of friends who do as much as we can, and sometimes it is overwhelming. In addition to kitten rescue and fostering, we feed and provide shelter for the local strays, and we are working to spay/neuter and release the area strays.

I was one of the first 50!
